Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues, handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and uphold ALDI standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Contribute to store upkeep and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
