Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain clean store premises.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
