Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and our customers have a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Basic equipment operation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
