Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
