Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
