Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position is full-time, offering an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and maintain a clean store environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
