As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure the store's optimum presentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Handle cash transactions following company policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to established procedures and maintain document security.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
