Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping experiences.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while minimizing losses.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team.
