Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and the management team.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to follow company policies, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience considered a plus.
