Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Type & Hours

Full-Time Position averaging 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
