Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow instructions accurately.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.
