Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
