Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory checks and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Understand and apply company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
