We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
