Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
