Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
- Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies
- Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient cash register operation abilities
- Experience with retail equipment operation and general cleaning
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
