Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and display merchandise neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
