Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, keep merchandise displays organized, and assist customers with their needs.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
