Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products accurately and in an organized manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards for product displays.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
