Job Description
As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, your contributions will ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This full-time position offers competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash management compliance.
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 with excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Proficient in operating equipment and following cleaning procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
