Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, your contributions will ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This full-time position offers competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash management compliance.
  • Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 with excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Proficient in operating equipment and following cleaning procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
