Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining merchandise displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
