Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
