Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is stocked efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company cash policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
