Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
