We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
