Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness per company standards.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
