Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain visual displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist in store cleaning duties.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
