Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and understanding of company policies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
