Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
