Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
