Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Understanding of retail cleaning standards and adherence to company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
