Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and scan accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness to company standards and follow policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
