Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the shelves are stocked, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
