We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
