Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets, Compentencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, provide quality customer service, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
