Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory issues, and help with store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
