Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and cleaning as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
