Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered advantageous.
