Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi and contribute to the overall success of the store. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered.
