Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi and contribute to the overall success of the store. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered.
