We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.

• Conduct store inventory counts and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
