Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicate clearly with store management and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Assist in taking inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
