Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and contribute to store operations
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
