Job Description
We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in all facets of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. You will be involved in supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Manage store signage, product quality, and customer feedback.
- Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
- Monitor store budget and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
- Prior retail experience and management background preferred.
