Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join Aldi's team. This full-time position entails learning all aspects of store management to prepare for leading your own store successfully. You will supervise daily activities, ensure store performance, manage staffing needs and schedules, and develop operational plans while nurturing and training the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Communicate company strategy and values to build a cohesive team environment.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
  • Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage budgets, cash audits, competitive analysis, and product feedback.
  • Maintain a safe store environment and ensure proper stock levels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Understanding of company policies and management principles.
  • Experience in retail and previous management roles preferred.
