Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a future role as a Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, handling customer concerns, maintaining product quality, and more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Hire and train store personnel, maintain staffing levels, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store signage and product quality meet company standards.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and cash audits.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience as a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
