Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of efficiently managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while guiding and nurturing your team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
  • Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $98,500 (including salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise team operations to deliver top-tier customer service
  • Communicate company values and promote teamwork among employees
  • Address customer issues and maintain product quality and store standards
  • Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training of store staff
  • Ensure store budget and performance targets are met
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance product offerings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
