Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with a dynamic team and handle various responsibilities, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
