Store Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Associate and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth store operations. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and maintain store cleanliness.
• High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
