Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
