Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's cleanliness, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
